gaming PC build for under 85000 INR

Here are two builds. Parts were sourced from local vendor ITDepot. Links at end of post. Used the Ryzen 5 1600 to get more threads for the game development. First build is faster as it has a GTX 1070-8GB GPU but no SSD and I had to downgrade the PSU from the one in the second build. Second build has the GPU downgraded to a GTX 1060-6GB but adds an SSD and uses a better PSU. I would either go with the first build as is or find a bit more money to include the SSD and Seasonic PSU in the first build. If you go with the first build then the SSD can be added later although migrating the OS and programs can be a pain.
