I have intel e5700 with 6gb ram and 2gb gt 730 graphics card. When i play gta 5 on it it runs fine but when i drive at high speed texture disappeares and a little bit lagging starts. Can you tell me steps to reduce it. I am collecting money for new cpu but till then i want some trick please tell me if you know.

Solution

That is due to the low end gpu as it does not have enough memory bandwidth to do all the texture swapping in a game such as this at the same time. Also, a dual core CPU is not recommended at all for GTA V but it is not causing that.
You need an entire system update so start saving for that.

Do you have any solution to that

No, no solution with your current system, I doubt that lowering settings to lowest an resolution to 720p would do anything significantly. A gt 730 is very low end (~ 50% below minimum requirements to run the game) and you cannot expect to play such a demanding game well on it even on lowest settings:
GTA V system requirements:

Your CPU is also much below minimum requirements.
There is no 'trick' to make hardware run better except maybe overclocking which will not help in your case.

Your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the game. You need a new computer, or at least update the CPU to quad core, with at LEAST 8 GB of RAM and a 1060 at least. (an AMD variant works just as well I'm just not familiar with AMD) GTA V will never run properly on your current computer

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Jaspreet_816 : "Gta 5 texture loss on low end pc"

First i try to lower the settings but i dont exactly know on which settings to keep it. Can you tell me the settings i should keep. And should i change resolution low or keep it to 1600x900

Have you verified the game files? I still have no idea how you can even play the game on your PC. It doesnt even meet minimum specs. You should expect issues like this when you arent even at minimum specs level. Wasnt even aware that it was available on a physical copy. How many DVDs came with the box?

Thats a lot of installing. I doubt ANYONE is playing GTA V using a GT 210. I really dont understand why people consider something on youtube that you cant confirm, evidence of said game working on their old hardware. You dont meet minimum specs, you should expect a less then minimal experience, if you are lucky that the game runs at all. It does. But it has issues. Dont be surprised. There no magic to make it run better on your gear. Upgrade. Itll run better, that is the best I can tell you.

I use process hacker app and set priority to high and other priority to idle. And suddenly it becomes a bit smoother while driving at high speed. But i will try more
