So been looking everywhere just to find out of stock for the rx 480 8gb power cooler red devil what ever its called but (the triple fan one) but just can not to seem to see it in stock, I mean can this be good or bad for me? Looking to sell and buy a 1060 founder edition or 1070 so some advice on gpu upgrade will be good I have £100 and the gpu price what ever it is please help

That sells for about 200 quid normally, but with the mining extravaganza going on it'll be higher.
Put it up NOW, it will get snatched up at even 250.
Edit: Make it an auction starting at 230, buy now at 350.

What GPU are you trying to sell?
What do you mean you "have £100 and the gpu price what ever it is"?
Do you have 100 pounds and thats it? Are you selling your RX 480?
Don't buy founders edition cards, they cool extremely poorly, thermal throttle and sound like jet engines, get an aftermarket card.
