csrss.exe.mui file in SysWOW64, is that normal?

As the title says csrss.exe.mui file in SysWOW64, is that normal?
I have googled a bit but cant find anything about that mui file in SysWOW64. Also have the same file in winsxs and the program csrss in there, but that is normal i think.

Anyone know if that file should be there?

what about netsession_win.exe, I have two netsession_win.exe running in my processes. Is it a legit program. People say it is but they also say that you should uninstall it because it acts like malware. Do you know?

My computer is a bit slow so i started to look through the programs that was running and trying to understand what they are and what they are doing.
