Hi everyone,
I have built a new PC with a MB ASUS Z270i Gaming and an M2 SSD NVMe Intel Pro 6000p series 128GB.
But I can't see this M2 SSD in BIOS, it is just written N/A.
I have updated the firmware in the MB and the firmware in the intel ssd. But nothing changed.
I was able to install Win10, but BIOS still don't recognize the M2.
I want to install Windows 8.1 Embedded, but this install media doesn't show any SSD connected to the MB.
Also this MB have 2x M2 slots, but in BIOS I can see only one M2 slot (M2_1).
The second slot (M2_2) is not showing anywhere.
Do somebody have any solution to this problem?
What I need to configure in BIOS to be able to see recognized M2 and to be able to install any older version of Windows?
Thanks
UPDATE 1:
I exchanged the Intel Pro 6000p with a WD Green PC SSD m.2 SATA, and now the BIOS is showing the device under M.2_1
I still don't know why it is not showing when I plug the Intel Pro 6000p ?
