This sound usually comes when i switch on the pc,and is followed by a short beep, but now its coming(without the short beep) when im playing tom clancys rainbow six siege and then my game freezes and returns to the main menu showing connection error. This is weird because my connection is fine and the game freezes only when the sound from the cabinet is heard. But the game shows connection error.Secondly i also started to experience sound lag in the game(cant hear certain sounds and some come late(in the game)).Tried other games too its showing connection error but the sound is coming from the hardware which didnt use to come earlier.I guess its the hard drive.Give me solutions pls.

If you need to figure out if the noise is from Fans, Hard Drives, or Speakers. You'd need to open up your case.
You say buzzing, but noises don't always translate to words perfectly. Unplug your speakers unless you are sure they aren't making the noise.
With the case open, turn on the computer. See where the sound comes from. If you think it's a fan you can stop them for a moment by putting a pen in the blades to stop them. IF the noise stops at that moment, bingo!
If it isn't any fans, then it could be the death sounds of a failing hard drive. Save what you can and get it replaced.

The sound comes from the case and I saw that disk usage goes to 0 when the sound comes and then increases back to normal.I have a 400W PSU of local brand. But used to work fine earlier, suddenly started making sound and disk usage drops to 0.
