Doing my normal tasks recently, I've noticed that my temps have been higher and freezes are occuring... I got a CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD today.
Nothing has changed in weeks, my ambient temps are the same, and it's been at 4.5GHz for a long time...
Idle temps stay at about ~45C.
It's at 1.284V during load, but the voltage goes up to 1.356V on idle...? (According to CPU-Z)

Go ahead and restart your overclock, bring it down to 4.4ghz and decrease your voltage to 1.3ish, if you keep getting those errors, your CPU could be going but that is doubtful. I would make sure all your driver's are updated. Secondly I would make sure that your PSU is running as it should. I see a lot of issues like this revolve around the PSU beggining to fail.
