Hello all I recently upgraded some parts in my computer. I've been having a few issues ever since. My newest one being that I can start my computer up all the way. Log into windows. But after a few minutes or if I try to open a program the monitor cuts off to black. Everyfan in the computer stays running and same with the lights.

I can start in safe mode with networking and everything is fine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling gpu drivers but same issue.

My hardware is:
Asus 970 mobo
AMD fx 8350 CPU (with stock cooler)
Radeon rx 460 4GB
1x 8gb ram (had 2x 4gb in 2nd channel but seemed to cause problems)
1tb SSD
Antec 520W power ( this part is actually 4 to 5 years old)

Just some updates. It's clearly a problem with my GPU. If I disable it in device manager I can run anything without problems. If it's enabled I can run a few thinga for about 5minutes. I've tried two versions of drivers. 1 from the CD it came with and the 2nd from gigabytes website.

Radeon rx460 4gb version from gigabyte.
Connected through a HP S2031 monitor.
Ran for 3 days and then this happened. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
