Hey guys , this summer in going to build a new pc , but I'm on a tight budget I'm planning to build my pc with the following specs

Gygabite ab350 gaming 3
Ryzen 5 1600
16gb ram corsair vengeance
Asus Strix GTX 1060 6G
SanDisk 120GB ssd plus
250GB HDD (already Obtained)
Nzxt s340
Corsair GS600 Bronze (already obtained)

My questions are:

My power supply is quite outdated , I bought it for my first pc and at the time it was a pretty solid power supply , but now I don't know if it's safe to use it on this newer build.
(I'm on tight budget that's why I'm in the doubt if I should or shouldn't buy a new power supply)

The second question is if the nzxt s340 included fans are enough since it only comes with 2 fans , one in the back , and one on the top since this case is designed to use an AIO.
Im concerned about temperatures since im using the stock cooler and 2 fans worry me a bit (like i said before , very tight budget so i want to save as much as possible)

Third and last i cant find reviews on the motherboard that im planning to buy im gonna buy it because it has RGB , Dual Bios and Smart fan.
I cant find these on the asus or msi boards but i wanna know from you guys if its a good board or not.

Sorry for the bad english

Thanks in advanced

The GS 600 is plenty for your build, but whether it should be replaced or not is speculation. As you say, it was a good psu when it was new, and those tend to last a long time, quite often years after the warranty has expired. If the psu is @ more than 5 years old, I'd give it serious consideration for a next replacement status, but if it's still working fine I don't see an issue using it again.
Fans are cheap, even decent ones, so temps will be something to watch. Originally having just the 2 is fine, you could even move one to intake, and see what that does for temps. If your temps are unsatisfactory, consider adding 2x more, so 2x intake & 2x exhaust. That's about optimal for a mid tower. It'll also mean you can lower fan curves to...

The gaming 3 is fine. It's lower end, but that's OK, many other boards are too. It won't be an issue unless you plan on extensive storage options and masses of fans etc.

Build looks fine, well balanced.
