Hello.
So I was looking for pc parts to buy for my little brother and I found a good offer on Msi z97MPOWER and i7-4790k combo.
I called the seller and he told me that integrated graphics are not working and that seems a bit strange.
Could it be that cpu is faulty? Or it most likely is the mobo?
Is there any way to check which part is faulty? Or the only way to check that is bringing my own mobo and then checking by putting the cpu into my own fully working mobo?
I dont really care about igpu, whether it works or not. I just want to know if its safe to buy cpu/mobo if igpu is not working.
