Hey,i'm planing to build a PC and i was wondering if ASRock H110M - HDV can handle i5 7500 and Galax GTX 1070 EX. Will the mobo cause some sort of problem or something? And is there any downside for choosing cheap mobo like this one? Thank you!!

Will the MoBo cause some sort of problem? Maybe. It will need the latest UEFI BIOS update to support your chosen CPU. You might get lucky and it will sort of work.... if it "sort of" works, upgrade your BIOS and be done with it. Problem solved. If it won't even boot at all, you'll need a Skylake CPU (doesn't matter what one, as long as its made for LGA1151) to do the BIOS update before using your Kaby-Lake I5.

The downside to choosing a H110 motherboard is you are limited to two sticks...

The downside to choosing a H110 motherboard is you are limited to two sticks of RAM (single or dual rank), period. There is no SLI or Crossfire (Not necessarily a loss, but it depends on what you want in graphics.) The IO options are a bit limited. However if you can function within those limitations, this will work quite well.
