gta 5 graphics settings saving problem

hey everyone i am running gta 5 on my pc at 1050 med\high but whenever i turn off the game gta 5 opens next time and is windowed and resolution drops to 800 and i have to change it again and again is there any way so that i can save my settings so that i dont have to change it again whenever i open or play my game thanks
please reply :)

This is the likely problem (pirated content).

Tom's Hardware does not support any form of software piracy. None. Period.

Purchase the game from a legit source and install it and these problems will go away. Good luck.
