Me and my brother live in the same house and have excatly same computer the only difference is i have 1070 gtx nividia and he has 970 gtx.
We have same game same settings on everything and he got 270 fps while i have 170 what could be the problem?? I should have higher then him i tried litteraly everything

Solution
Could you please try a different game and see if the 100 FPS difference is still there? This will eliminate or confirm the game itself as an issue.
Please list all the system specs. Include make and model of the following items: CPU, Ram, Motherboard, HDD's/SSD's, ODD, PSU, CPU cooler, Case and additional fans if any were added to the case after purchase when asking for help. Without us knowing what you are using it will be hard for us to know if it is a hardware issue.

This could be multiple things, are you running any other programs in the background? Example: recording programs, streaming videos ect.
Are you both running the same resolution? Do you both have the same monitors?

Were playing overwatch same settings and i got 650w psu i dont remember name tho not near pc but its a good new 1. We both keeping the 3 min record on no metter what also when the fps check was taken. Even tho its shouldnt make 100 fps difference its nividia experience u can bearly feel it

make sure your driver is up to date, try comparing the FPS again as it is possible an anti virus check was being performed, Make sure all components are running at the same frequency in both machines except the GPU of course ( this includes CPU frequency, memory frequency and timings, Bios settings the same). To compare one machine to the other the settings need to be the same so double checking this will help make sure one does not have an unfair advantage.

EDIT: also be sure when measuring the FPS both machines are doing it in the same exact place, looking at the same exact thing, with the same exact things in the background.
