when i install the latest drivers few problems are seen such as i cant open pictures it says com surrogate not working and i cant rate my pc and when the PC is on 1st it popups saying desktop manager not working but when i install my old driver which was given to me with the card it works fine nothng happen. plz help me ??

You need to list full system specs. Some older cards may not work well on the latest drivers. Make sure Windows is up to date also as are your motherboard drivers and the BIOS.
