So i just moved all the files to the SSD and made sure that the boot will start from it and everything is great. After cloning, the original files(the ones on the HDD) are stil there. Should i remove them or not? If yes, what is the best way?

Thanks already

If you have cloned everything, and you are 110% sure it boots correctly with only the SSD connected....absolutely yes, wipe that original drive.
Delete ALL partitions and start with a blank slate.

You may have to do this:

Later, you can...

Obviously the files take space on your HDD, but they also serve as a backup in case your SSD goes kaboom.

If you don't care about the possibility of somebody reading your data from the HDD later on, you can just format it. In case you are concerned you can write random data on it - there are specialized applications for the purpose too.

Later, you can start up a comprehensive imaging/backup plan.
