CPU running at 90-100%?!

When I play games like Overwatch or WoW my CPU will go up to 55%ish utilization but when I play Elder Scrolls Online it literally will be 90-100% utilization and my computer gets really loud.

I have no clue why it's like this, I have a intel core i5-6500 CPU, and a Radeon 380x GPU my computer should be strong enough to run games like this, I had it on ultra but lowered it to medium and it made no difference still runs at max.

Is it because I'm using a wireless adapter or would that not matter? Any solutions/help appreciated thanks!

I run my CPU at 100% 24/7 running Folding@Home. You are fine, as long as temps are good. The M9 mentioned above is a great cooler, for the money. The H7 is another good one, that would be a bit quieter. Elder Scrolls Online is apparently making better use of all your cores.

No it's because it's using 100% of your CPU. It's nothing to worry about. Dropping settings won't help CPU usage, only gpu usage. It won't hurt your CPU to be maxed. Just keep an eye on your cpu temps as long as they are okay just play and enjoy.
