What is the cheapest custom loop by ekwb or otherwise that cools both the cpu and gpu?

You are looking at spending at least 250$. If you are already asking for the cheapest option then I'm not sure a costum loop is for you.

You're looking at about $400 for a combo loop.
As mentioned, if you're asking price, custom loop isn't the way to go for you.
What's the budget for your system/upgrade?
What are your current specs if any?

The EK Gaming kit will be the cheapest if it works have a gpu that will work with it. It is aluminum so you won't be able to mix and match with their copper and nickel parts.

Eeeeh, more of an AIO with clear tubing than a custom loop kinda thing.

Yes, but it hits a lower price point and is less mess than having two AIO coolers in your case. The real custom EK stuff would be more like 500-$600 depending on components, extra fittings, etc.
