E7 Black Screen

hello, im running a custom built pc and everytime it starts up past the bios screen the screen goes black with a "E7_" in white writing in lower right corner.. pc freezes and wont go further. need help.. not computer savy..thank you!!

thank you for you time, im not too "hardware savy" but heres what it has..
Dx79SI intel motherboard, 16 gbs of ram, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz
GTX 660 TI 2GB video. my friend has flashed the BIOS, and Reseated the RAM already..
