Bluetooth 3.0 vs 4.0 Keyboard

Hi,

I am looking to get a cheap bluetooth keyabord for when I'm using my PC from my bed. I have found 2 fairly cheap, nice looking keyboads on eBay. However, there are 2 options for the exact same keyboard. One has Bluetooth 4.0 and one has Bluetooth 3.0 and is half the price.

Would it be worth spending double for the Bluetooth 4.0 or should I just stick with the cheaper, older 3.0 version?

I haven't really set a budget, I was just looking to go as cheap as possible. They're still both very cheap. One is £25 and the other £48. So realistically both are within my budget, I just wondered if it was worth spending (almost) double, as most people say range is the biggest upgrade between 3.0 and 4.0 and I'd never be more than about 10 feet away from my PC/laptop
