I'll get straight to it, I'm having some strange spikes that are fairly recent and I'm not sure if they're hardware or software related. Examples are: Opening documents will be at 100% for a good 5 seconds before it opens. Right clicking a program, same thing. Playing games such as Skyrim with fairly intensive ENB mods should drop frames but not from 60 to 0 immediately. Even small games such as Old School Runescape will dip to 0 immediately. Point is, anything will cause the dips. I have recently upgraded my components within the past 3 months in this order: PSU, GPU, HDD to SSD, and finally I replaced my other HDD with a newer one. I was having the dips before any of said upgrades but they didn't happen as often. I'm willing to use any programs you guys need to help me figure this out. I completely forgot how to upload documents here for things such as System Specs so feel free to explain how, thank you!

You can not upload to this site(aside from your avatar) as far as I know. Use a third party site like Imgur, YouTube, ect. Also hard to diagnose anything without complete system specs, and programs that affect your system.
