New pc build won't give signal

I just finished my pc build and I have a few new parts but the rest are used like the CPU gpu and the motherboard but when I turn it on the pc all of the system fans and lights work but the monitor says no signal.
Specs
Amd athlon x4/used
Gigabyte f2a68hmh/used
Evga GTx 750 ti/used
Gskil8gb ram/used
1 tb hard drive/new
600w evga power supply/new

Is your motherboard POST-ing? (i.e. giving off a small beep if you have the speaker on the motherboard)

If it's posting, try all the ports on your monitor and switching the input to the appropriate post to get a signal.
