Solution
Onboard WiFi Chip can have many random issues. I've used ASUS WiFi GO! supported board on which the chip used to stop working randomly everytime I did anything to my PC. It can be a loose connection on the onboard pins. Just take it out and reinstall it, should work.

If that doesn't work, just get a small WiFi USB Adapter. It's much better.
