Hi
I have been using my PC for about one year with an AMD Sapphire graphics card and Intel motherboard. I have got two 4GB RAMs as well. Now recently I bought a laptop and I hadn't used the PC for some time. Today, when I switched it on, I heard a series of quick beeps. I opened the cabinet to clean it because beeps usually mean RAM or dust problems. I found that the graphics card wasn't running. I took out the RAMs and the GPU and cleaned the slots.

I switched my PC on again and this time, no beeps, AND the GPU was running smoothly, but now there is no display on the monitor. :(
I have tried disconnecting the GPU and then resetting it in the slot but in vain. I tried the monitor through my integrated graphics on the processor and it was running fine.

Will you guys be able to help me on this?? Thanks in advance for any help.

Solution
Try to reset the bios.
The MoBo might think the problem is still there.
Unplug the powercable, Remove the MoBo battery, press and hold the powerbutton for 20 sec to get out the rest of power in the pc.
wait 5 min, plug the battery back in. powercable in and restart.. see if that helps
