What is the best possible combination of motherboard, memory and cpu for under 500$?

My preferences for motherboard: oc ability if possible , atleast 4x 4pin fan connectors(dont want to use splitters etc) and I will be using 1x PCi x16 slot, so no need for features like sli crossfire stuff(more than 1 slot what I am trying to say).

For memory: 16Gb, no less no more.

CPU: No idea, but I've read that intel is better for games and I am not the type that uses a pc to multitask, video edit, stream etc.

Every suggestion would be appreciated.

An i7 7700 will outperform a 7600k setup easily for the same price or cheaper.
Here's a comparison between the 7700k at stock and the 6600k, which are essentially the same thing, but last gen's version (slightly lower clocked) which makes no difference between the comparison really. The 7700k is slightly higher clocked than the 7700, but they're essentially the same performance.

CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor ($292.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-B250M-Gaming 3 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($69.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: ADATA - XPG Z1 16GB (2 x 8GB)...
then u should get i5 7600k (u need to buy a cooler), a z270 mobo series (the only mobo type that supports overclocking) (brand is up to your preference but people said Asus had the best mobo, i myself like MSI), and 2x8 stick so that if ur mobo had 4 slot, u can add another 2 later

if u want the Ryzen counterpart: R5 1600 (comes with stock cooler, Wraith Spire), a b350 (again, up to your preference) mobo series, and 2x8 stick so that if ur mobo had 4 slot, u can add another 2 later
