Solution
Some of the nastiness aside from the others in plain terms the hardware you have isn't good enough for that game to run well. Ubisoft has a track record of making their AC games very demanding and not optimizing them for PC users and focusing on the console versions instead. From now on when you are thinking of playing a game you haven't played on that system yet head over to www.game-debate.com and create an account and log in, then go into the "Edit Rig" section and add your specs to it, then when you go and check on the system requirements of a game it'll give you green, orange/yellow and red check marks on things like the CPU, GPU and RAM requirements being cross checked with your system specs.

Have you benchmarked the graphics? Because honestly, this doesn't sound all that off given the specs.

If you don't want to hear the answer fine.
He's right though, your laptop isn't for gaming and if you want better performance you should consider upgrading to desktop.
AC: Black Flag is also not very well-optimized, so there's that too.

Your GPU is well below the minimum requirements. The game is one of the more poorly-optimized games in recent memory. What exactly would you expect?

MGS V is a far more generous game on low-end hardware.

Nope, your GPU didn't become better in the last two weeks.

Generally, when someone asks advice, complains about the advice, and then asks the same question expecting a new answer, a little bit of snarkiness is richly deserved.

I would normally agree, but the question wasn't answered in a way that was informative or helpful, simply that his hardware wasn't good enough without saying why and telling him that his system basically sucks balls.

What exactly is the why? It's simply not powerful enough. It's like asking why I'm not seven feet tall.
