Is this motherboard compatible with these components + choice for CPU cooler?

Hello,
I'd like to know if this motherboard:

(note it is rev 1.0)

is compatible with:

-CPU AMD Sempron 145
-RAM (2x2gb) PC3-10600U DDR3 1333Mhz

Also, what kind of cooler should I choose ? A generic AM3 cpu-cooler should be ok?

The support page includes a link to all supported processors: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-MA770T-UD3P-rev-10#support-cpu The RAM also is compatible. A generic cooler is fine for that 45W CPU.

Thank you for your answer. Do you think a CPU Cooler taken from an old PC that was using a "Socket 370" mobo would be ok?

With a 45W CPU a reasonably inexpensive cooler can be almost silent.
