just wondering why my ryzen with cpuz and occt returns a clock speed of 1.547ghz?!?!
and with cinebench i get 622cb?!?!

The problem started after you updated ? or its sorted now that you updated ? that bios is a beta.

I think it may be the power saving feature on your motherboard, I ran into the same problem on my motherboard. I found a video that fixed the problem here. https://youtu.be/6HJwBMOr0g4?t=1358
