Solution
The RX 480 is a little over priced right now because of the cryptocurrency issue wait till the price goes back to normal which is 220-250 dollars. If you are in a rush and you do not want to wait for RX 480 to go down in price you can get a GTX 1060 6GB

If you are only planning on gaming with the CPU then get Pentium G4560 for 60 dollars, in gaming its as powerful as i7-7700k specially for 4k gaming but for really cheap and you do not need to buy a CPU cooler for G4560 you can use the stock cooler check out this videos to see how powerful G4560 is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDG-dQsHymE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYKP1WFti1E

For motherboard change it to something else because some H110 motherboards require an update to work...

For motherboard change it to something else because some H110 motherboards require an update to work with Kabylake CPUs both i5-7400 and G4560 are Kabylake so change the motherboard to a Z270 or B250

Update; Change RAM to Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 its cheaper than Kingston but also faster

Adjusted to include an SSD, has a Ten keyless keyboard instead meaning no Num pad.
