Hi guys, here it is my configuration:

-ASUS ROG Z270E Gaming

-i7 7700-k 4.2Ghz

-ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080ti 11GB

-G.Skill RipJaws DDR4 3000mhz 16GB 2x8

-additional fan for CPU

-WD Black 1T 7200rpm

-Samsung 850EVO SSD 250GB

-case Corsair Obsidiane 750D airflow with 3 x 140mm fans

-mouse + keyboard

That's all. I tried to make a test on Corsair website to check how many watts i need and it says less than 500W, but you know, human beings are better in decisions ;)

Thanks guys!

Persoanlly, on this build, i would go with a 600-650w. But thats just me and i like going slightly OTT with my PSU's. Just make sure its a good quality one. maybe a Seasonic or the corsair RM***x series.
well I plugged your parts into partpicker.com and it looks like this : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/f3tV9W

but the wattage is over 450W indeed

Wattage Breakdown

Note: Wattages are estimates only. Actual power draw may differ from listed values.
Component Estimated Wattage
Intel - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor 11W - 91W
Asus - STRIX Z270-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard 17W - 70W
G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory 14W - 14W
Western Digital - BLACK SERIES 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive 4W - 20W
Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive 2W - 10W
Asus - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB STRIX GAMING Video Card 62W - 250W
Total:110W - 455W

so a 650w seems a good space to breath and take your overclocking.

650W is more than enough for your entire rig, even with OC.

The 650W is recommended, taking into account that, your rig would more or less draw around 50% of that - which is the point at which PSUs have the highest efficiency. See: http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/asus-rog-strix-geforce-gtx-1080-ti-review,7.html

A good quality 550W may be enough, albeit, at a lower efficiency due to higher load percentage when fully stressed.
