OK, I have a unique situation. I have home internet through the Cricket LTE. For some reason outside of my control the modem resets itself randomly. Cricket knows about this but have no solution. ANYWAY, the problem I have is that whenever the modem resets itself I lose internet on my computer. Specifically, the browser will not connect to the internet. All other devices can connect with no issue. Xbox, phones, tablets, all don't have problems. However, my PC says it has a connection but the browser does not work. I can connect to Steam on my PC and browse the store. I can connect to Battle.net and browse things. So just the browser (Chrome, Edge, and Explorer) does not work until I reset the computer.

I have done all the ip commands in CMD (flush dns, winsock, reset, etc.), but of course doing those commands requires a restart of the computer and it comes back, but a restart alone will fix the problem until the next time the modem resets.

So to summarize: My modem resets and my browser (Chrome, Edge, and Explorer) on my PC stops working until I reset the computer. I can't even connect directly to the modem using 192.168.1.1. I am connected with ethernet cable.
