Asus Z270E AURA LEDs will not stay off when PC is in sleep or completely shutdown

Its exactly as it sounds, When I put my computer to sleep or shut it down the RGB lights on the board or RAM stay on and I can't get them to turn off. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated :)
