gigabyte h81m-s with ddr3L (1600 mhz) ram

hi,
i bought a new motherboard gigbyte H81 M-S spec shows that it support only ddr3 ram ,but i had pair of ddr3L (1600 MHZ) rams with me i am using it for past 1 day its working fine for now .is their any problem with using ddr3L ram on an ddr3 motherboard? or should i buy a ddr3 ram

You might check in BIOS or with a utility that reports RAM voltages and see if the board is running the RAM at the correct voltage. While the RAM should be able to tolerate any standard, higher voltage just fine, there's generally no good reason to run low voltage ram at higher voltage levels. Lower voltages come with reduced heat and energy consumption.
