For a radiator is it better to have a shorter radiator with a push/pull configuration or a longer radiators with two push or pull fans next to each other??

Longer (i.e., larger surface area to dissipate heat) radiator with 2 fans in parallel (side by side) is better than shorter rad with 2 fans in series (stacked in push/pull).
