I just recently built a new pc and it boots up fine into windows 8.1. The problem is that I am unable to connect to the internet via ethernet and I don't have a wireless card installed. It says I am connected to the network and that I have internet access but anytime that I try and access anything online it will jump to limited connection and no internet connection. I ran the windows troubleshooter and it said something about a bad gateway and that it had fixed the problem. It did not. Anyone know how to fix this so I can update and get drivers?

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) from the command prompt and post the results.
The objective is to take a look at your PC's network configuration.
Who controls and manages your network router? You may need to get some information and help from that person.
