will i need a crossfire bridge with the rx 460 and 570? I know that i don't need one for the 570 i am not sure about the 460 though.

Why would you want to Xfire a stronger card with a weaker card?

You cant crossfire a 460 with a 570, it has to be the same chipset.

Crossfire and SLI are fadding away anyways. Less and less games are being designed to utilze it so you end up with a second card eating up power and generating heat more then it helps in gameplay.

Incorrect, it can crossfire, that's SLI where it has to be the same chip.
Crossfire works across PCIE lanes rather than bridges, so no you'll be fine, but it isn't a good idea, you'll actually get worse perf.
