Hello so i am back to get some more help. so this is my current build I am using.

CPU - i7-4790K @ 4.7GHZ

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Seidon 240M 86.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
( I think what pump just went out on me few days ago, computer got to 91C and crashed )

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming GT ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

RAM - G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1866

SSD - Crucial MX100 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

HHD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5

GPU - None ( On board Graphics from the CPU )

Case - Cooler Master N400 ATX Mid Tower Case

PSU - Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 - 1000W Power Supply with 80 PLUS Silver Certification and Semi-Modular Cables

OS - Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit

So here the deal....I love my PC and it has been great. to be honest maybe a little overkill because i never even got a GPU like i planned and spent $240 on a mobo i never used it to its full potential. A 1000 WATT Psu and i think i could have got away with just a 500-800 WATT PSU.
( Not complaining =) I like what i am getting out of my PC so far.)

so here is the plan. I Wanted to go ahead and sell this PC and start a new build. I think i can sell it easy for $700-1000 USD. ( already have an offer for $700). So i was thinking just getting same i7 4790K build with a few changes. I know it kinda sounds stupid to sell a PC that's only about 2 years old and rebuild with new parts and spend extra money.

So what do yall think? If i can sell it for $700-1000 is there any new builds you would recommend?
I see they no longer make the Gigabyte Gaming GT z97x, Cool master Silent Pro M2, or the Cooler Master Seidon 240M 86.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler. ( at least i didnt see it on PCBuilder or Newegg.com.)

i feel like i am rambling lol. So New i7 4790K build? or maybe I7 7700K? The New AMD Ryzen?

CPU - i7 4790K? i7 7700K? Ryzen? any other recommendations ?

CPU Cooler - ?

Mobo - ? ( I really liked the Gigabyte maybe something very similar to it so i can save a few dollars? )

Ram - ?

SSD - Crucial MX300 or Samsung EVO? any other SSD' Recommended? ( 250GB-500GB Should be enough for the moment )

HHD - Non Needed. ( i don't think i need a second storage )

GPU ( Thinking about the AMD VEGA ) ps ; a GPU is not a must have unless i need one with the cpu.

Case - ? ( the N400 was nice and cheap )

PSU - ? Dont know but something i can use later on if i add 1-2 GPU's

OS - Microsoft windows 10 pro 64-Bit.

let me know what u think and what you recommend. like i said if i could sell it for $700 i would happily rebuild the same computer.

Solution
Nah that's just a waste of cash, even from current to 7700k which is only about 10% better clock for clock.
Just stick in a good GPU and or monitor, 0 point in selling, just throwing cash down the drain.
Your rig is top of the line.
