Gtx 960 4gb installation

I am looking into buying a gtx 960 4gb. I have a rosewill 400w ps4 and an AMD athlon x4 860k at 3.7 ghz. Can my system handle the card?

That's better. The manufacturer name always helps, as does a picture. Yes, that PSU will handle the GTX 960 as long as you don't go OC'ing anything. But you'll have to use a Molex to PCI adapter. Not the best solution, but doable if you can't afford to upgrade the PSU. The GTX 960 may come with the Molex adapter, I can't remember.

Open the side of the case and read the PSU's nameplate if it is visible. Or post a photo of it. You'll need to open the case eventually.
