Hey there everyone I've a serious problem that's really annoying me I've a Phillips 42" flat tv it's hdcp it has backward usage to dvi cause no hdmi connection in it so I've ps4 an baught connection dvi male it's a dvi-I tv but I was told my dvi-d connection which goes to a female hdmi but I'm still gettin no picture tried resetting ps4 no not then I changed to 480p still no joy so I tried few more times never got picture but got a green screen a wile later after trying some more I got red screen it's seriously frustrating is there anyone that could send me step by step instructions to sort my problem as i haven the funds to get new tv

i had this problem i had a blackscreen, apparently u need a 5-volt adapter and since there is no powered dvi-d to hdmi use
