( Back Story ) I need to get rid of some storage of my windows 8 to upgrade it to a 10. So after trying hour of getting rid of storage it came down to doing whatever possible and getting a positive result. That didn't happen and I ended up getting to the "Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device as press a key". Later I was able to press F2, turn off computer, then turn it on to move on to something that wasn't that stupid page. When I left it, it took me to the TOSHIBA setup utility page. Looked familiar and was hoping I was a step closer to going back to my normal computer. Now I'm stuck there, I've tried everything that said exit or close, nothing works. I'm a teenage girl who doesn't want to ask my parent for help, cause I know they will not be able to do anything and just get mad at me, so trying my best to avoid it. Also, I have no clue what any technical thing is. There was a word that I thought meant something really technical and it turned out to be check disk. So when awnser please just tell it without the terms, cause most of the things I don't know how to do or don't know what it is. ( I went on a few websites to help me, and they all said a bunch of stuff that I had no clue what it meant)

So long story short, I want to get out and go back to my normal window 8 start thing.

Please and thank you
(Sorry if the title is misleading or anything, first question on this thing )

Solution
The Toshiba setup utility is the "BIOS" of your PC, There you can choose the correct boot device with the arrow keys

Any DVD/CD or USB flash drive inserted? Remove and try booting again

if this doesn´t work, use the windows 8 install media to repair your win8 installation. Boot from the DVD
