I wanted to make this so I can start pc gaming and wanted to make sure it's good enough to stream and edit YouTube videos and for college use. Is it built well or should I change the CPU to a 1400 or anything else for the build?? Feedback is needed and appreciated!!!

I do plan to do a full water cooking loop in the future. So u don't know if the case allows good airflow.

Solution

If you're buying then you're way off, more CPUs and stuff will release, lowering prices for the Ryzen 7 series most likely from Threadripper and x299.
That's ages off, part prices will be significantly different then.
Start a thread a few days before you buy.

One thing though I need the motherboard to have that digital input thing for the output of the audio for my PS4 turtle beach headphones that I want to use. I think it's called a digital input. And I do want to use Sony vegas. But might also do vr in future

Easily improved.
@Supahos, that GPU is way overpriced, and very poor value, not to mention probably out of stock. :(
PSU is also silly.
@OP, no point going for a water loop system if your specs aren't up to snuff, that's better spent on performance upgrades. Get this, easily the best value for money in the price range, anything above the 1060 I listed is overpriced right now. CUDA will also be better for your uses.

I will be purchasing in late July or early August. So what gpu would be good? Also would like to try 1440p one day. I don't might going a little lower on graphic settings but I do need a digital output for the audio on the motherboard. And I'm trying to make it lower or at 800$ hopefully.

1. my 4 year old Z87 board has digital sound output on the motherboard this is not a new feature on motherboards now a days.
2. for 800$.. you could look into this , though I sure chugalug will promptly tell you how SHIT my choices are as he does to everyone else because you know he's a god when it come to computers....
