Hello All,

I am basically buidling a new (sort-of) budget gaming system. The most intensive game I am ever going to play is Overwatch (for now) but most of the time I will be on modded mine craft. So after a couple hundreds of tweets between me and my twitples, here is the rig I have:

Processor: Intel i5-7400 3 Ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte H270M D3H
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400MHz 8GB (2x4)
SSD Storage: Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB
HDD Storage: 3.5" Seagate Barracuda 1TB or WD Blue 5400rpm 2TB
Video Card: Gigabyte GTX1050Ti 4GB (Single Fan) DDR5
Case: CoolerMaster Elite 343 w/USB3.0 MATX
PSU: Seasonic M12II-520W Modular 80+
Optical Drive: Some low-end stuff...like who uses disc?
Operating System: Windows 10 Home
Monitor: LG 23.8” 24MP48HQ-P IPS LED Monitor

I do have some questions with my build and what I am going to do since I would want to build. I'm probably only going to start Minecraft intensively first and not deal with Overwatch now so:

a. Since Minecraft does not require a dedicated GPU to function, can I install my GPU at a later stage?
b. I don't really understand the specs for my case, does it come with a PSU? If there is, what is the output capacity?
c. In the instance my casing comes with a PSU and since I am only going to buy the GPU on a later time, can I perhaps upgrade the PSU when I'm going to install my GPU?
d. I am assuming I can work off my SSD first and then install the HDD later on?
e. I was recommended an i5-7400, so what would I be missing out on if I didn't get an i5-7600?
f. Say if I want to add in more RAM in the future on top of my current, can I only do the exact same product or I can do a 2x8?
g. Do i need another fan?

The current rig is gonna cost me about SGD$1,600 (approx. USD1,100). So if you have any suggestions to drive down the cost, send them my way.

Because this is the first time I am doing this, I am rather uncertain on alot of things, so I do apologise for the bombardment of questions. I do appreciate all the response from you guys.

Any decent case won't come with a PSU, they're always generic and shitty.
Looks alright otherwise, kick out a bit more for the i5 7500, and whatever you do, get at least a 7200RPM HDD always.
Stick to the same kit for upgrading.
You can run off integrated graphics, yes.
For the money that setup is pretty poor value, what retailer are you using?
I'll part something out.
Amazon also has free shipping to Singapore if i'm not mistaken on orders over 125?
Could you use them instead?

Would a WD Black work? I heard WD has got better reliability. In the case of the PSU, I'm guessing Seasonic works for the setup that I have even with the GPU?

It is a local retailer (http://www.fuwell.com.sg/). I just thought it might be more convenient for me to buy everything from a single retailer rather than scouring everywhere for them. I am abit iffy with shipping my parts from overseas at the risk of damage. But I'll check out Amazon and some local web retailers if they have better deals.

You mean to part out space for the OS? Doesn't the installation already do that?

I reckoned so with the PSU. Even if it does, it'll be a crappy one. Say a Gigabyte B270M D3H with an i5-7500? This config is slightly cheaper than the i5-7400 with a H270.
