Weird Grafics/Pixel Glitch

Whenever I play any video in Fullscreen mode the first 2 seconds are fine. After that some weird squares flicker arround (whenever tehre is movement). Looks like misplaced sections. I feel like it's form my monitor cuz I can't take screenshots of it. Never had this problem before and if I mess arround with the Intel Grafics Properties, in the Video settings, it reduces a bit but never fully.

What's going on and what can I do?

This is a laptop, are you talking about the laptop screen or an external monitor or both have this issue? Did you check temperatures with HWMonitor or some other utility? If this only happens on the external monitor, test with another monitor and/or cable. There is no way to know where the issue is unless you can actually test the parts with the issue.

Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 530
Graphics Card 2: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M

Don't have any other monitor to test it on and the one I have only has HDMI.

Sure, the thing is my actual laptop screen is broken and only have this one monitor ... But I will tray when I get a chance thx.

Can please someone tell what the F*CK this is? It's getting really annoying and I can't watch stuff like this.
Whenever I try to watch a video on YouTube (Full Screen only), I get these squares all over the screen whenever anything moves. I don't experience it in games or on other video/streaming platform. Not that I've noticed. Also, when I move the mouse (to show the video controls [Play, Pause, Next etc.], the "glitch" doesn't happen but after a few seconds the controls hide and the Video gets unwatchable.

What the hell is this?
