getting 'nestat is not recognized as an internal or external command' error although it was just working fine

I just tried nestat command for the first time, it worked fine.
I closed cmd and tried again and I started getting this error although i didn't change anything :/

you probably type cmd and right c licked on it to run it as administrator on your first time, it need to be runs as administrator not regular user.
