Hello!

If the display output on motherboard is not working,can I put my GPU inside and still use this PC without a problem?

ECS H61H2-M2 motherboard

If it is the only problem with motherboard, then you can use GPU. But it could be a sign of a bigger problem with motherboard, and in such case GPU might not work either. Anyway, there should be no harm done trying.
