rocket league steam running realy hot

i have bought rocket league in the steam summer sale i tryed to play with a controller and it started the game in bug picture for some reason but i played the temps where good after i started the game in non big picture mode and it got real high temps over 85c. i checked a few times and it for some reason makes a diferens. i want to play without big picture with normal temps. pls help me

No i die nog nut iets on a flat desk, i dan try to get it a little of the desk for more air flow

No im not the temps are beter now put something under the back corners of the laptop zo the airflow is a bit beter in running on 77c° right now
