Need some help/advice about my cpu temps

OK guys I have a FX 6300 with an aftermarket cooler and usually my temps are fine and my noise level is very low.

But during the summer months my room is very hot and with no AC my temps go up to 65-70c under load when playing video games and 45-52c idle.

I just wanna know If I should be worried or can I just play with no problem until summer passes and my room cools down.

Well 80 is usually the MAX I say you should start to be worried. However, it makes sense. Summer +no AC will cause components to heat up. I would suggest in buying a box fan or taking some panels off to cool down your PC.

You should be fine. I wouldn't worry about it till around 80-95+C. (This is atleast the principle behind Intel chips, assuming the same for AMD)

No AC, high ambient room temps during summer months? (what are your room temps?) TBH, if all the CPU temps get to is 65-70º C under load, you are safe... nothing to really worry about.

Thanks guys.I mean I almost never checked temps during the winter because my computer was dead quiet but now when I play some games I hear the noise even though it's not that bad.

I will continue playing even though it is like a sauna in here these days LOL

Sounds like you got a good cooler. With ambient temps around 40º and idling at 45-52º and peaking at 65-70º under load, those temps are good.

Yeah my cooler is great.

2 years now no problem with it but this summer is truly something else so I kinda noticed some higher temps so I just wanted to check If I can continue playing in peace
