its from a community that is reviving a game, and they send a code, i got to convert the first one and i pm it to him (cuz it said in the code) and he pmd me this code but i cant find it

It is possible it could be translated back to assembler. It could be byte compiled basic, or some other usually interpreted language. Since there is no way to know even what processor that is for, there is no way to know what it is.

Back in the day, COMPUTE! magazine published pages and pages of hex code just like that, that you could type in to create an executable -- https://arstechnica.com/staff/2012/12/first-encounter-compute-magazine-and-its-glorious-tedious-type-in-code/
It was compiled code in binary.

Obviously it's not a straight "paste into any Hex-to-ASCII converter". That would be WAY too easy. It MAY be an encrypted file or text stream and you're expected to be able to pull the type identifier out of the header and/or footer bytes. Either way, it looks like you're out of your depth here.

It doesnt need to be done anymore...
But the game is not being pirate,

The game was shutdown in 2015
But they are only making it work on there server
Withouth breaking any rules, they wont make any money from it either (onlydonations)
And since they arent stealing the game its legal
