Network, No Internet Access, but connected to Internet?

First time posting in the forums! I've got a decent amount of experience but this one has me stumped. One of my clients has a home office setup with 2 Dell Inspiron PC's connected to a Netgear switch, connected to a Netgear Nighthawk router. On one of the computers, in the lower right hand corner is a yellow triangle indicating an issue with the internet connection- says it is connected to the network but has no internet, yet the internet is working fine. Built in troubleshooter just resets the the network card which clears it but it returns upon restarting. I have tried everything I can think of, from verifying all cables are seated, uninstalling and reinstalling NIC, updating BIOS, and attempting ipconfig /release which just tells me it cannot be performed while media is disconnected. All attached network devices still show up. Any ideas? My thought is that it is perhaps using the internet from the other computer on the network but I don't know how to verify that. I appreciate the input, hope the post isn't too long!

Unmanaged switch - correct?

Try swapping out the existing cables (which seem to be properly seated) with other known working cables.

Check for ICS being set on either PC. Turn off the other PC to see if internet connectivity is lost.

Doublecheck the network adapter settings. Run and compare the results of "ipconfig /all" from the two Dells. And perhaps from a couple of other network PC's if present.

And look at the Event Viewer logs on the "yellow triangled" computer - should be some additional information in the form of an error code or some warning.
