Best GPU for my build

Solution
Hard to select one at this time. The reason for this being is that the 'Ethereum' Cryptocurrency miners are driving prices to insane amounts.

Of the choices, disregarding prices, would be the GTX-1060 6GB (NOT the 3GB version), the RX-580, and on the upper end the GTX-1070. Unfortunately, just about all of them are near the cost of a GTX-1080 right now. (The GTX-1080 is overkill for 1080p, but would last a long time at that resolution.)

If you've chosen a 1060 6GB, what specifically do you need recommendations on?

1080p gaming, the 1060 is a solid choice. Whether it will last 3-4 years will depend on your expectations.
The 1060 is a mid-tier GPU.

The past can give us some idea of how you can expect to fare:
Compare mid-tier GPUs from ~4 years ago would give you some idea of longevity. In the same "tier" space, the 2013 equivalent (approx) would've been something like a 660 or 660TI IMO. Today, those perform a little below a GTX 1050 or RX460. So, still solid 1080p gaming...... just more so on the low-medium end - YMMV depending on the title.

So, that being said, a 1060 should be a reasonable performer over a 3-4 year period, based on history alone - but tha'ts no guarantee.

For an extra "buffer", a 1070 would be a great choice. While it's likely a little overkill today at 1080p (unless playing at higher refresh rates), it should provide you some additional longevity. Probably comparable to how a 4 year old GTX 680 holds up today. It's still a capable GPU today, performing somewhere between a 1050TI and 1060 generally.
