Hello,
i've got a problem with my ram running at advertised speed. When i'm running 3200mhz i cant get my system stable (all the time rounding errors in prime95), i've tried 4,6ghz, 4.5ghz,4.4ghz on voltages from 1,32 to 1,37 on my i7 6700k, tried vccio/vccsa up to 1,25v and cant get it stable.
But when i go down to 3000mhz on my ram and 15-17-17-35 timings, 1,35v, im stable at 4.6ghz 1.32v 1,12 vccio , 1.12 vccsa. Any1 have idea whats going on ? I have latest bios

MOBO : MSI Z170A GAMING M7
CPU : I7 6700k
PSU : XFX BLACK EDITION MODULAR 650W

i've tried to set up manually but it just seems that it doesnt want to work on 3200mhz. I think only on stock settings + XMP is actually stable with no rounding errors..

Sorry, the underlying issue is you are not getting enough voltage to your RAM. Turn that up and it might work. There's only so far you can go though, be sure to look up your Mobo and RAM so that you don't overload.

u mean more then 1.35v yes? cuz from corsair site its 3200mhz , 1.35v, 16-18-18-36 timings
On this settings im perfectly stable, on low cpu voltages

+i wanna test my memory with memtest+. Should i test in on stock settings or stock settings + xmp ?

Sooo..
I've tested my ram on 3200mhz/stock other settings with memtest and there were 2 fails in 7 passes.
Then i've tested on stock ram settings and there were not any fails. So what's the problem? I think if it passes on stock settings ram is not faulty right?

I did run memtest+ during 2 nights and on 3000MHz/15-17-17-35/1.35v/1.10vccsa/vccio it was rock stable

What can be the reason it doesn't want to work stable on XMP (3200MHz 16-18-18-36 1.35v)? Even when i tried to run it on stock settings just with XMP there were 2-3 errors in memtest.

What GPU are you using? If it's something that draws a lot of power, it could be your PSU just cannot keep up. I misunderstood the issue that you could get the RAM to stabalize OC by itself but with the CPU OC as well. I assume it's the same BCLK for each, you just up the cpu ratio?

Yep i have latest bios. Ram is Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x8GB 3200mhz. RAM is rock stable at 3000mhz together with cpu oc 4.6ghz (1.31v, 1.10vccio/vccsa) but when im trying to go 3200mhz as it should work it's creating errors in p95/memtest. It's booting, working but there are errors. I think it can be my i7 6700k IMC probably not capable doing more then 3000MHz cuz i belive RAM is fine
